Yoga Fun in NYC
Home Page
Yoga has been an important part of our lives since we started to practice several years ago. We are delighted to have had the opportunity to complete recent trainings of 500 hours with YogaWorks of NYC, a recognized member of the Yoga Alliance. In addition, we had the wonderful opportunity of taking classes with Maty Ezraty, Chuck Miller, and Natasha Rizopoulos at the recent Miami and also New York yoga conferences.

We are constantly furthering and deepening our knowledge and understanding. We believe that everyday is an opportunity to learn and grow and yoga is a great way to get there. Our teaching style is adaptable to each student's or studio's needs. We emphasize correct alignment to prevent injury and to get the most of your yoga experience. We teach what we love and we love to teach.

We are currently teaching yoga classes in NYC as well as private yoga sessions in NYC. Please email or call with any questions or to set up an appointment. info@yogafuninnyc.com

Note to beginners: Many people ask us if they can come to class because they are not that flexible or athletic. Yoga is for that person. It is often that person who reaps the largest and fastest benefits. As yoga teachers/intstructors, we gear our yoga classes in NYC towards beginners so it's an ideal place to start. Having said that, if you are recovering from an injury it is always wise to check with your doctor before beginning any excercise program.
We host a yoga meetup in New York City with outdoor events as well indoor events. If you are interested in attending one please go to http://www.meetup.com/yogafuninnyc It is free to join! See Our meetup Group page for more info.
